We had a great time at this hotel. the venue had a stunning design and the spa and pool were definitely the highlights. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. the staff provided good service and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also had great facilities like a vegan cuisine option and a poolside bar. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful views.
The communication in English could have been better.

It was so relaxing and luxurious, just what I needed after a long day of work. the pool was another amazing feature. It was beautifully designed and the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. Plus, the location was ideal. It was conveniently close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore and find everything I needed.

While the vegan cuisine at the hotel was excellent, we felt that there could have been more variety in the menu options. there were a few miscommunications regarding the pricing of drinks and lunch, which came as a surprise during the check-out process.
